School Internship

School Internship has been kept in the third semester of B.Ed. two year course applied by Devi Ahilya University. During this third semester, every teacher-trainee has to undergo a school internship of 20-weeks, including four weeks of practice teaching. The College has a tie up with the schools under the management of Shri Gujarati Samaj, Indore and therefore facilitates students to do internship those schools. At the same time, college also gives permission to the teacher-trainees who want to do internship in any other school. For this, it is necessary for them to bring and submit the permission letter of the concerned school to the college, in original.  

This school internship is meant to train the teacher-trainees in the field wherein they are supposed to imply the theoretical perspectives they have learnt in their respective classes. This is, therefore, a good tradition to foster the teaching and learning values in them so that they can prove themselves as a good asset to their employer in future, and also to nourish themselves as an efficient teacher.
